The landscape of house building across the country is changing, with new government policies shaping where and how homes are developed. As a community, we at Ruyton XI Towns Parish Council believe it’s crucial that the people who live here have a say in shaping the future of our village. We want to take proactive steps to ensure that development reflects the needs and wishes of our community—not decisions made without our input.

That’s why we’re asking for your help. We’ve created a questionnaire to gather your thoughts on:

• Where in Ruyton XI Towns new housing would be most appropriate.
• What the village truly needs in terms of infrastructure and facilities.
• What types of housing would best suit our community.
