Public consultation on proposals for new homes on land west of Courtenay Road, Winchester.
CALA Homes (Southern) is bringing forward proposals for approximately 155 new homes on this site, which is allocated for residential development in Winchester City Council's adopted Local Plan (Policy W4: Land West of Courtenay Road). The proposals include 35% affordable housing, public open space, landscaping and new pedestrian and cycle connections to the Kings Barton neighbourhood to the west.
CALA are holding a public exhibition on Tuesday 30 June 2026 at Winchester Rugby Football Club, Nuns Walk, Winchester, SO23 7EF.
The proposals will also be available to view online at www.landatcourtenayroad.co.uk from 30 June, where feedback can be submitted for a two-week period following the event.
