Winter Solstice Sound Bath

The evening will be hosted by local residents Kiley and Karin Round who currently run yoga classes at Cannock Wood and Gentleshaw village Hall on Monday and Wednesday evenings. A special collaboration between Satya Yoga and Manoj Collective, the evening will be guided by Manoj, who will lead you on a deeply relaxing sound journey using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle percussion — weaving an immersive experience that helps quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and invite inner stillness. You’ll be guided into a comfortable resting position as waves of sound wash over you — no effort, no movement, simply receiving. Let go of the year behind you and create space for renewal.
