2018 Annual Dinner and Presentation Evening

I am helping to coordinate this years' Annual Dinner and Presentation Evening which is due to be held on Saturday 17th November 2018 at 6pm for 6,30pm start. Dress is smart/casual.

We have, again, got the superb assistance of Janet from the church, who will be creating us a delicious meal; choice of beef (£14 per person) or chicken (£12 per person). Gratuity included in the price. There will be presentations to those winners of club competitions, as well as a Prize Draw. If anyone has any contributions for the Prize Draw please let me know and remember to bring your prizes on the night.

Due to fire regulations the club can only hold a maximum of 48 persons, and as such only 2 tickets can be requested per member. Tickets will be issued on a first come-first served basis. (If numbers allow, and there are spaces, those requiring extra tickets can request them from me)

Please return the application form to me, with full payment no later than 10th November 2018. Unfortunately no money can be taken on the night itself.
