Dear Member,
This is the Formal Notice that Cardiff Athletic Bowls Club are holding the 103rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Pavillion, on Friday the 10th October 2025 at 19:00.
Members wishing to put a motion forward to the AGM, must be received by either the Chairman or myself no latter that Friday the 26th Sept.
At the AGM you will be receiving the reports from the Chaiman, Treasurer, and Club Captain. After this you will get the nominated Officers of the club and CAC for 2026 (a vote may be needed) if two members stand for one position.
I hope to see as many of you there as possible as this is an important meeting and sets up the Club for the year to come. So, please give your support. For the newer members among us this meeting will give you a good understanding on how the club and Officials look and work.
