The clubs first singles competition got under way this afternoon in bright sunshine.

Barry played Mike in the first qualifying match with Barry coming out on top winning 2 games to one. Barry will now face Ian in the quarter finals.

In the second qualifying match between Alison and Gabrielle it was one game each when the pair decided to postpone the third and final game until Sunday.

Bonnie and Dave were playing the first match to be played in the quarter finals. Dave won the match 2-0 and will now play the winner of Josh v Neil in the semi-finals.
