2027 pricing

Alexander House has confirmed several key operational updates for the next six months, including finalised 2027 pricing, community room service charges, governance changes, facility improvements, and new IT funding to support digital access.

• We have set the 2027 resident room price at approximately £1,575 per month, which includes all utilities, a two-course lunch and high tea. This price excludes individual TV licences and in-room Wi-Fi, which remain resident-funded. You can share an expression of interest with a director.

• The charge for two‑course community meal has been set at approximately £5.50 per person, supporting affordable access to high‑quality meals. We will shortly share dates for the lunch and learn events.

• Community room hire is available for a small fee (£35 for half a day, £60 for a full day or £15 per hour) for small community groups and organisations; there is access to Wi-Fi and hot drinks.
