45 Dwellings in Formby Road UPDATE

MC/26/0663 Outline planning application (all matters reserved except for access) for a residential development for up to 45no. dwellings with associated groundworks, drainage, landscaping and access.

The planning application was received in April and local residents raised their concerns. The Parish Council also raised objections and submitted a detailed planning response. The site was to the north of the St Andrews Estate where Redrow had proposed community facilities as part of the estate.
