Residents have asked what the current position re Royale's application for 85 new units on the old caravan field.
The case officer at Basildon hasn't made a recommendation yet. As soon as she has we'll let residents know. Whatever the decision, it will need to go to a full planning committee because they make the ultimate decision. If the case officer makes a decision soon it's likely to be scheduled for planning committee at the end of July.
