Please accept this Notice as a confirmation of Highways England’s planned closures
Thursday 19th July 2018 – NIGHT TIME CLOSURE (8pm to 6am)
Full closure of the A422 (Deanshanger Rd) approach and exit from the Old Stratford roundabout (soft closure point at Deanshanger Roundabout to allow buses into Old Stratford)
Full closure of the Towcester Rd approach and exit Old Stratford.
The rest of the roundabout will be open but restricted to single lane running
Friday 20st July NIGHT TIME CLOSURE (8pm to 9am) and Saturday 21st July NIGHT TIME CLOSURE (8pm to 10am)
Lane closures on the North section of the roundabout closed for resurfacing
Access to the A5 Dual carriageway towards Milton Keynes will be accessed from the A508 Southbound approach only – traffic wishing to travel from the A508 Southbound towards Towcester Rd, A422, and A5 Watling St will be directed along the A5 Dual carriageway towards MK, returning the A5 Old Stratford roundabout via the Abbey Hill / H3 Monks Way roundabout.
All circulatory traffic on the A5 Old Stratford roundabout from the A5, A422 and Towcester Rd will not be able to travel past the A508 junction,(hard closure point) where all traffic will be directed to leave the roundabout heading North on the A508 towards J15, M1 where diversion route will be put in place.
