In the last few months, Regency Living have gone from a company that once showed promise to full‑on authoritarian. They’ve gone rogue on the Residents’ Association, repeatedly undermining us on key issues. But we're flooded with messages from residents too voicing their frustration, saying they’re sick and tired of the behaviour - it feels like RoyaleLife all over again.

We understand that people are angry, but we must be clear: we condemn the abuse of staff in the office. This behaviour helps no one and is already happening.

Instead, we strongly urge residents to avoid the office when upset and to use the company’s formal complaints procedure. We 100% recommend email - it provides a clear record of your complaint and the company’s response, which is invaluable if matters need to be escalated further.

Another constructive way to vent your frustration is to leave a review of the company in public spaces such as Google or Trustpilot. Public feedback adds weight to our collective voice and makes it harder for them to ignore residents’ concerns. It also gives prospective buyers a fair and balanced view of life at Dunton, helping them decide whether this is a company worthy of their hard‑earned money.

All these things are far more effective than personal abuse towards Lisa or Sue.

Thanks for your support.
