The AGM is open to all Club members. The Agenda is
- Chairman’s introduction
- Bowls and Tennis Captains’ Reports
- Allotment Report
- Proposal to accept apportioning costs policy
- Presentation of accounts April 2018 to March 2019
- Income and expenditure April 2019 to present
- To appoint an accounts examiner for 2019
- Proposal to accept an updated constitution incorporating amendments required by HMRC.
- Election of Club officers
- Advise AGM on the appointment of new Trustees
- Advise AGM on the registration of new officials with HMRC
- Advise AGM on membership fees
- Correspondence received
- Questions to the Chair
All documentation is available on the website. The Chair reserves the right to give a written reply to questions not submitted at least 10 days beforehand.
