Charles Kaye has produced this brief report following his attendance at the Alton Town Council Community Committee Meeting earlier in September. Charles has represented ADRA (with other members in a sub-committee) focussing and lobbying for on health provision for Alton.

Southern Health Care Trust has got agreement and finance for the reopening of the upstairs ward for ‘hospital discharges and Community support’. This will include patients being moved on from General Hospitals and admissions from local GPs for short term care. Also End of Life care.
