This two-bedroomed bungalow is one of four properties in Duxford Road, Hinxton village, which are owned and maintained by the Ann Howsden Charity.

The property benefits from a kitchen, bathroom and a good-sized living room, with gardens to the front and rear and dedicated off road parking for one vehicle.

Rent will be charged in line with South Cambridgeshire District Council rates. (Details to be confirmed by the Ann Howsden Secretary.)
