TO ABINGER PARISH COUNCILLORS AND ALL ELECTORS OF ABINGER PARISH

Your attendance is requested at the Annual Parish Meeting to be held at
Abinger Hammer Village Hall on Monday 20th March 2017 at 8pm.

Under the chairmanship of Mrs. R. Doree, Chairman of Abinger Parish Council

The Public Bodies [Admission to Meetings] Act 1960 provides that meetings of local councils shall be open to the public. Provision is made for excluding the public by resolution when confidential business is being considered or there are other special reasons and publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest. Items which appear in Part 2 of the agenda are submitted for consideration when members of the public may, by resolution, have been excluded.

The Parish Meeting may discuss all parish matters and pass resolutions about them. All electors of the parish can take part.

The following matters have so far been placed on the agenda:

1] To confirm and sign minutes of the last Parish Meeting.

2] To receive a report from the Chairman of Abinger PC.

3] To receive a report from Abinger Consolidated Charities.

4] To consider any other matters that affects the parish.

Public and Press are also invited to attend the PARISH COUNCIL MEETING which will follow the Parish Meeting
