ANNUAL PARISH MEETING

Notice and call for business to be transacted.

In accordance with the Local Government Act 1972 (LGA 72) a meeting will be convened in the Village Hall

at 6.15pm on Wednesday 22nd May 2024

LGA 72 15.2 requires the Parish Council to publish formal notice, including business to be transacted, not later than 7 days prior to the meeting. Therefore the Agenda will be published on Wednesday 15th May. Agenda Items should be forwarded to the clerk@winterbornestmartin-pc.gov.uk by 12 Noon on Tue 14th May.

Parish Organisations, Clubs, Businesses etc are invited to speak – please contact the Clerk as above.

Please note that this is not a Parish Council meeting, but that it is facilitated by the Parish Council. Additionally, as the Parish Council will not have elected it’s Chair by this date the first item for those present will be to elect a Chair for the meeting.

Draft minutes of the last Annual Parish Meeting are on Parish Council Website and will be published in hard copy with the Agenda.
