Callling all Cound Parish residents

You are invited to the Annual Parish Meeting of Electors at Cound Guildhall on Thursday 21 May 2026 at 6.30pm.

This is an opportunity for Cound Parish residents to share their ideas for the future of the Parish, share community concerns and for the Parish Council to report back to the residents on the business over the past year.

Your Shropshire Councillor for the Severn Valley, Susan Coleman, will be present if you wish to ask her any questions. We had hoped that Stuart Anderson (MP for South Shropshire) would attend but unfortunately he has prior parliamentary commitments.

This is not a Parish Council meeting, but the Parish Council are pleased to host the event and will be providing tea and cake to its guests. Please do come along.

The AGM of Cound Parish Council will follow on at 7.30pm. The public are welcome to stay and observe the business of the meeting which includes an annual review of policies.

For catering purposes, it would be helpful (but not essential) if you could please email the Clerk to advise if you will be attending:
