Residents are invited to attend the Annual Parish Meeting, where parish matters, council activity, and future priorities for the year ahead will be discussed.

The meeting provides an opportunity for electors to hear updates from the Parish Council, learn about projects and activities carried out during 2025/26, and raise questions on matters affecting the parish.

1. Chair’s Welcome

Opening remarks and welcome from the Chair.

2. Approval of the Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting

To consider and approve the minutes of the previous Annual Parish Meeting held on 29 May 2025, for confirmation and signing as a correct record.

3. Report from the Chair

A report on Parish Council business, achievements, and activities undertaken during 2025/26.

4. Reports from Councillors

Councillors will provide updates on parish matters, ongoing projects, and future plans for the community.

Questions on Parish Matters from Electors

Local electors will have the opportunity to raise questions and discuss matters of interest relating to the parish.

We encourage all residents to attend and take part in this important annual meeting.
