Please find attached the Has Made documents for both Amendment 15 a Waiting Restrictions Order on Canterbury Road and Hengist Road and a One Way Traffic Order on Hengist Road Westgate in the District of Thanet. These orders will be on public deposit from 3 September until 18 October 2021 and can be viewed on line from 3 September at www.kent.gov.uk/highwaysconsultations and will be advertised in the Thanet Extra on Friday 3 September these orders comes into effect on 3 September 2021.

Any person wishing to question the validity of the Orders or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling Act or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
