Aslockton Tennis Club

Come and join us on our two superb fully floodlit all weather courts for a friendly no-obligation tryout. We welcome all ages and ability levels, and you can come up to three times before deciding whether or not to take up membership. We

• have a well appointed clubhouse with electric power, refrigerator and facilities for hot and cold drinks.

• are a fully affiliated LTA club complying with all the LTA Venue Registration requirements including safeguarding, diversity and inclusion, whistleblowing and privacy policies.

• have arranged an exciting 2019 programme of coaching at all levels including matchplay clinics provided by Steph Barling Sport. Steph is an LTA Level 4 accredited coach.

• have planned competitions ranging from LTA sponsored events for all ages and ability levels to friendly challenges to other similar clubs in the immediate area.

• have appointed in line with LTA guidelines our own DBS accredited and trained welfare officer to deal with any safeguarding concerns, and we are also fully insured with the LTA underwriters.

• use the Clubspark online booking system so you don’t have to visit the club house in all weathers to check on court availability and book.

• participate in the LTA Wimbledon ticket ballot

MEMBERSHIP from 1st April is £70 for seniors, £15 for juniors, members' children under 11 free. Join now and get the same rate until 31st March 2020.

STEPH SERVES AN ACE!

Local community amateur sports club Aslockton is pleased and proud to announce their association in 2019 with Steph Barling Sport to deliver first-class coaching services at all levels and ages, plus an exciting programme of competitions and social tennis opportunities.

Club chair Anne Higham said “To go with our own fully lit courts, clubhouse and facilities which are unparalleled in the Vale of Belvoir, Steph brings to the party her superb experience and proven ability as an LTA Level 4 accredited coach, her strong links to local schools and organisations as well as being a council member of Notts LTA. The club is affiliated to the LTA and our courts are an LTA registered venue. We have already played a number of informal and friendly competitions with similar local clubs, and we shall be continuing these in 2019. Why not come along and see for yourself and try us out for free?”

Added Steph “After a few months off, ending with the arrival of baby Chloe (the club’s unofficial mascot), I’m back and raring to go with an excellent 2019 programme. “
