I think you'll all agree the site is starting to look a whole lot nicer.

We now have three groundsmen full time doing a great job around the park. However, Lisa, our new supervisor, is also booking in contractors to deal with legacy issues. This includes improving and repairing broken lighting and dealing with the roads and street markings. The company also plans to get the pond back to how it used to be following the complete neglect from the now defunct Royale.

Along with the new gates, it’s really quite evident the company is investing a lot into the parks they took over and clearing up all the problems from years gone by.

It’s not going to happen overnight, so we do need patience. But it’s clear they’ve made a start and should be congratulated.

It’s worth pointing out, Regency are one of few park home companies actually investing to make their sites better. We hear horror stories from some of the other non-Regency sites so I think we’ve done well.
