B24 Memorial
On Thursday 27th April 2023 there will be a short service and blessing for the B24 Liberator Memorial. The original plaque which was dedicated by the Margate Charter Trustees in 2010 and was generously replicated and manufactured by Blaze Signs.
The service will be led by Reverend Susan Wing and the Westgate-on-Sea Heritage Centre and will take place at the B24 memorial, on 27th April 2023, at 11.00am. It would be wonderful if you were able to attend to commemorate the bravery of the pilots and crew who lost their lives during World War II.
