Better Bus Stops, Better Journeys

West Sussex County Council is delivering improvements to bus stops across the county through the Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP), including upgraded stops, new shelters and Real Time Passenger Information (RTPI) screens.

Within Nuthurst parish, several stops on the 17 route could benefit from future enhancements, and the Parish Council is keen to gather local feedback.

The following bus stops are located within Nuthurst parish along the 17 route:

  • Nuthurst Road (Monks Gate) – A281 Brighton Road (North & Southbound)

  • The Dun Horse – A281 Brighton Road, Mannings Heath (both directions)

  • Church Road, Mannings Heath – (North East & South Westbound)

  • Village Store, Mannings Heath – (East & North Eastbound)

Residents are invited to share their views on:

  • Stops along the 17 route that may benefit from accessibility improvements

  • Where RTPI screens would be most useful

Please send comments to the Parish Clerk at clerk@nuthurst-pc.gov.uk or by post to Nuthurst Parish Council, PO Box 1098, Horsham RH12 9YX.

Your feedback will help inform ongoing discussions about local bus stop improvements.
