Please be aware and advise any elderly neighbours, friends or family of a male using a grey Citroen Berlingo, registration number RRG1 offering door step services. He has been in the local area offering to paint the garden fences and replace fence posts. He quoted an extortionate £650 for this work. No contract or invoice was provided, just a verbal agreement.
