Sevenoaks District Council is committed to doing all it can to improve the wellbeing of its residents - which is why they are delighted to be hosting as a Chairman’s event the Big Community Sing. The Big Community Sing is bringing together a variety choirs and singing groups, from across the District.

Singing is particularly good for mental health, improving breathing, posture and muscle tension while listening to and participating in music has shown to be an effective pain relief.

Actively singing in groups helps us feel more positive and improves our mood while helping to expand our social networks. The general sense of feeling connected to the group, leads to an improved sense of belonging.

Please see here an invitation to the event, which is £5 and tickets can be bought via the Stag’s ticket office. All details are on the invitation.
