BIG TURNOUT FOR GAMES NIGHT

Saturday saw the first social event of the summer season when, at Malshanger, there was an excellent turn out of 63 people for a Presentation by our sponsors Eight Wealth, which was followed by a Games Evening. The event was organised by Ric Newson and his Social Committee and was a huge success. There was a variety of old pub games such as darts, table skittles and bagatelle; along with a selection of favourites including quoites, bean bags in a bucket and putting; and for the more sophisticated, a variety of board and card games. Everybody enjoyed doing the rounds of the games and after a fish and chip supper and a few drinks everyone returned home happy.
