Brize & Easy Run Club

BEGINNERS GROUP

Ever thought about running? Don’t know where to start? Come along and join us, in a fun, friendly and safe environment. We are a new beginners group in Brize Norton.

I am an experienced, England Athletics qualified Run Leader to support you through an eight week course of fun activities which aim to get you up and running safely and comfortably at your own pace. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone looking to find their running mojo again, this group offers support, advice and encouragement to get your running off on the right foot!

So come along, who knows you may even enjoy it!

Who? - Anyone over 18 years old.
