Brook End Site occupation
The result of the Public Inquiry came through from the Planning Inspectorate on 10 December 2024. The Inspector dismissed the appeal and upheld the Enforcement Notice. The time line for compliance with the Notice is 9 months from the date of the decision meaning that the occupants of the site are required to leave by 10 September 2025.
The occupants have the right to appeal within four weeks of the date of the decision.
