Erection of two storey extension, creation of external stairs and parking area for 20 vehicles.
After consultation Building Plans were produced and recently amended - a change to the first floor fire escape to comply with Building Regulations. Also aesthetic changes to materials and door / window openings and construction of new entrance porch, as detailed in the Design & Access statement and Proposed Plans.
