Bulphan View Leak

A substantial underground leak was identified on Bulphan View. Engineers have been brought in to assess the situation and they have recommended urgent action.
To try and identify the root cause, parts of Bulphan View will need to be dug up to access and repair the leaky pipework.
Due to the magnitude of the leak, there will be some disruption to vehicular access to the top of Bulphan View in the coming days.
