Our annual Burns Night celebration was hosted by the laird and lady of the club, Alex and Naomi. The clubhouse decorated out for the night the laird and lady of the day provided a fantastic 3 course meal; the haggis was presented and the address was delivered by the lairds ghillie, Daron.

With dinner finished and tummies full we then heard some amusing scottish stories / jokes from Naomi. and she followed this with a truly scottish quiz which was accompanied by extras of shortbread and clootie dumpling for those who could manage just a little more food! The evenings entertainment finished with the bottle toss game game which was won by Alex, he may may have previous for playing and winning at this, but he kindly then auctioned the bottle for club funds, the highest bidder being John Cook, who was as pleased as punch or whisky! Lastly the raffle which again raised funds for the club.

Another great evening of fun with members dressed appropriately in some or fully tartaned.

Thanks to all who helped, all who dressed up, and those who donated prizes and for the laughter.
