Bus Diversion 9th-15th April

    As a result of the advertised road closure on School Road between 9th-15th April, we have been advised that the local bus route 6 will divert using the northern end of Manor Crescent and Burrell Road, as has been done before when School Road has been closed. Temporary bus stops will be sited in Burrell Road.

    Customer information has been posted on the bus stops near the Swan Hotel, and at School Cottage.

    Copies of the customer information notices have also been provided to the bus company for display on the route 6 buses.

    A request has been made for parking restraint, particularly around the bends on Burrell Road and at its junction with Manor Crescent, to assist with this enforced diversion.
