When we had issues with Calor deliveries a few weeks ago we said we'd try to get to the bottom of what went wrong.
We established that when tank flags as low level on Calor's system, they use historic usage data to schedule a visit to make sure a tanker is sent well before people run out and, unfortunately, the system failed some residents a few weeks ago.
Royale did complain to Calor and the office told us today that Calor had written back and apologised. They also confirmed that they have changed the system with our site now to what they call 'whole park delivery' rather than individual. You may have seen this in the last week where the Calor van is on site the whole day making sure everyone's got enough gas. We hope this system will work much better.
