We have sent this email sent to Royale Head Office
Good morning
Royale's fixed rate for electricity with Pozitive Energy expired on 30/9/23. However, residents haven't had any information about the new rate moving forwards.
We understand head office has a broker who deals directly with all utilities and shops around heavily to get us the best price possible. So, I wanted to check this is still being done now that large parts of the company are in administration?
At the moment we're all paying 0.39p + VAT and with current business rates averaging 0.28p, residents are keen to know if your buyers have renegotiated a lower unit price as we head into winter.
