The green was closed with the annual Captain's v President's match. Despite the rain, the green was playing well, and we finished in a blaze of glorious sunshine.

Pictures of the afternoon, when the sun was shining, can be found here http://www.mbasc.online/community/malmesbury-bowls-and-social-club-9981/captains-v-presidents-match/

Thank you to everyone for the catering and the raffle prizes.

Thank you to Brian and Tina for their captaincy throughout the year and raising money for the Guide Dogs for the Blind.

Thank you to everyone for their contributions to a successful season.

Time to pack away the shoes and the bowls for the winter.

PS The President's team won.
