Celebrating 100 years of Bilton Bowling Club

Celebrating 100 years of Bilton Bowling Club.

On Sunday 16th August a match was played between teams from Rugby Bowling Association and Bilton Bowling Club.

The weather had cooled somewhat, which meant playing conditions were much more comfortable.

Laughter and friendly banter echoed around the rinks as everyone enjoyed the bowling.

The match was followed by a splendid meal and the usual raffle.

Final result was close but resulted in a win for Bilton. Well done to you all.

Special thanks must be given to all the “volunteer back room people” who keep the greens, grounds and clubhouse in such good order, run the bar and generally organize all events. (they know who they are)
