The generous support of residents for the Charter Hall Lottery is always appreciated.as the Charter Hall is a registered charity not a business, and it is a fine balance keeping the annual expenditure within affordable limits. The lottery is one of their main fundraisers, and the money generated goes towards maintenance expenses, which helps keep hall hire fees as low as possible.
