Club Finals 2026
Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and winners following another competitive Club Finals programme.
The finals were a little more fragmented than usual this season, with the schedule having to be rearranged following our ladies’ qualification for the National Finals at Leamington, a fantastic achievement in itself and one that deserves another mention.
Our 2026 club champions were Darren Jones in the Men’s Four-Wood and Men’s Two-Wood, Phil Harmer in the Mixed Handicap Singles, Darren Jones & Eric Old in the Men’s Drawn Pairs, Darren Jones & Kate Jones in the Mixed Pairs, Heather Walker in the Ladies’ Four-Wood, Kate Jones in the Ladies’ Two-Wood, and Heather Walker & Debbie Hurford in the Ladies’ Drawn Pairs.
Well done to every finalist for reaching the Finals and to everyone who took part in the competitions throughout the season.
A special thank you must go to our Club President, John Tombs, who managed to attend every final and support the players throughout.
Finally, thank you to everyone who supported the competitions, helped with marking and organisation, and came along to watch. Your support and participation are what make the club championships such an important part of the season.
