With a deadline for the submission of comments set the same as for the Local Plan Regulation 19 consultation, SDC is consulting on proposed changes to its CIL charging schedule.

The Parish Council is concerned that in removing CIL for developments above 10 dwellings, there is no adequate mechanism suggested for the full and proper involvement of Parish Councils in negotiating on behalf of local people the Section 106 Agreements that will provide infrastructure.

Follow London Road north and at the mini roundabout (junction with Station Road) go straight over. Village green to your left (noticeboard, flagpole, timber bus shelter) and shops to the right. Continue over bridge, Dunton Green Primary School and The Duke’s Head on your right. Immediately after the pub is the entrance to Glyn Davies Close but turn right just after this into the service road to the recreation ground car park (just before the terrace starts).
