Consultation on Traffic Restrictions on Church Lane, Denham Road and Hasted Road - deadline for comment 12 noon 28 September 2026

Kent County Council have published documents for Amendment 8 a Waiting Restrictions Order on Church Lane, Denham Road and Hasted Road, Newington in the Borough of Swale. This Order will be on public deposit from this Friday 4 September until 28 September 2026 and will be advertised in the Kent Messenger week ending Friday 4 September 2026 and public notices will be placed on site.

Representations supporting or objecting to the proposed Order can be made via KCC website from 4 September at www.kent.gov.uk/highwaysconsultations or alternatively you can write to The Senior Parking & Traffic Regulation Officer, Kroner House, Traffic Management Team, Highways & Transportation, Eurogate Business Park, Ashford, TN24 8UX. The deadline for responses is 12 noon on Monday 28 September 2026.
