Contacting Regency when the office is closed

A resident has raised a concern regarding how residents should report emergency issues when the site office is closed.
Their concerns followed a recent incident in which a resident experienced a strong smell within their home and was unsure who to contact outside normal office hours (they went to the office but ti was unmanned). On this occasion they asked the RA to help.
Just to explain, Regency staff can still be contacted by telephone when the office is closed. Residents should be encouraged to keep Sharon's out-of-hours telephone number readily available at home so that urgent matters can be reported directly when necessary.
