COUNCILLOR VACANCY

Would you like to represent your community at local government level?

We have a Parish Councillor vacancy and applications are now being sought from any suitably qualified person who wishes to stand until May 2025 for co-option onto the Council.

If you have:

• a good knowledge of the local community
• good communication skills
• the ability and willingness to work with other organisations such as highways and police to help deliver services and improve quality of life in the parish
• a willingness to attend training and represent the Parish Council at external meetings
• a willingness to meet with residents to discuss issues
• the ability to attend monthly Parish Council meetings
• skills or expertise which will assist the Parish Council in its various functions
• basic internet and email skills
