Ladies from various Bowls Clubs throughout the two Counties met up at Brush Bowls Club, Nanpantan Road, Loughborough on Thursday 6th June for an inter- County friendly match. The weather was pleasantly warm, the sun shone and the Green was looking in tip top condition, resulting in a very enjoyable afternoon for all involved. There was a good crowd of cheerful supporters and spectators from both Counties. The match concluded in a win for Leicestershire Ladies, the final score being 111 to 101 shots.
