Court date set for 24 June
Finally we have a date for our pitch fee tribunal.
As you know we're representing around 100 homes on site for the 2022-23 increase.
The judge will visit the site at 10:00 a.m on 24th June and the Chair and myself will then go off to the hearing same day.
Before we get into the details of the case itself, the judge will be asked to look at the application to change the names on the forms from Royale Life to Regency Living. The judge has discretion to allow a change of names but we will be making a case to strongly object.
We won't get a decision on the day. It's likely to take a few weeks for the judge to weigh up both sides and come to a conclusion and the court will write to everyone with the outcome.
