Update from David Wilson Homes re: Development at Galloway Grange

The next batch of piling is due to commence w/c 22.02.21, for plots 20-21, 96-99 and 101-107.

This leaves plots 18-19 and 100 which are currently under the compound. I would expect these last plots may be piled in late spring/early summer.

Those foundations will be vibro-piled, not driven piled, so the noise, nuisance and disturbance should be less than previously experienced. Vibration monitoring equipment will again be employed.
