We had a 3 month trial of opening the hall Monday to Friday for people to use how they liked.
We had a few regular table tennis players but not really enough use to warrant opening religiously every day - especially coming up to winter where we'll need to heat the hall. So we're trying a new system.
From now on the hall will be closed MONDAY, TUESDAY & FRIDAY but open WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY from 9am to 4pm (because we open these days anyway for the regular coffee morning and knit and natter).
If anyone wants to use the hall outside of these days just book a slot with one the keyholders (Julie or James/Gary). For example, someone might say we want a few hours table tennis on a Monday morning and we'll book it in and open/close.
