Bowling brings us together — for fun, friendship, and fitness. As teammates and friends, it's also important we look out for each other’s well-being, especially as we age.

Dementia can affect memory, focus, or behavior. You might notice a fellow bowler:
Forgetting the rules or where they’re up in the game
Seeming confused about time or place
Struggling with communication or concentration
Repeating questions or stories
These changes aren’t always signs of dementia — but if you’re concerned, gently encourage them or their family to seek support.
Let’s keep bowling a safe, supportive space for everyone. Early understanding makes a big difference.
Need advice or help? Reach out to a local dementia support organization or speak to a health professional.
