I have received the following message about dementia cafe meetings, you can find the dates for upcoming meetings here
As you may be aware Northamptonshire County Council has had to cut it's budget and in those cuts it has cut money to the Alzheimer's Society.
The Alzheimer's Society have stopped all the Dementia Cafes in Northamptonshire without hesitation.
We in the Daventry District realise the importance of these cafes for all concerned and have decided to start our own.
We have formed a committee with help of Joy Hodges Business relations officer and we need help to advertise this service throughout the district.
