Last week HugoFox worked with Dementia Friendly Hampshire to help them launch their own website. Thanks to the valuable feedback provided by Dementia Friendly Hampshire we have also developed a fantastic website package for all of their established and upcoming Dementia action groups.

Our company is passionate about increasing accessibility for those living with dementia and other cognitive disorders. All members of the company have completed Dementia Friend training and I personally have become a Dementia Champion to help promote the message of understanding further.

During the build up to Dementia Awareness Week 2016 we worked close with Dementia Friendly Hampshire which provided a fantastic opportunity for us to see more of how they work and how we can improve our platform to meet their requirements. The web package we have created allows dementia action groups to have a consistent look and feel across all their websites and has helped develop awareness about their goals. It was an excellent project to be part of and we’re positive that they will continue to grow over the next year.

If you are interested in finding out more about dementia, and how you can help those living with dementia, please visit Dementia Friendly Hampshire or our community websites to find an action group near you.
