It is Dementia Awareness week and we are very proud to announce that we have just helped Dementia Friendly Hampshire to launch 19 local action group websites across Hampshire.

We have been working in collaboration with Dementia Friendly Hampshire to support their launch this week and are excited to be working with them in the future on other projects.
